Enhancing Construction Efficiency

The SiteFix drywall screw range is engineered to streamline the installation process, reducing working times while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Whether you’re working on residential renovations or large-scale commercial projects, SiteFix screws provide the reliability and performance you need.

Choosing the Right Screw

Selecting the appropriate drywall screw is crucial for a successful installation. Consider the following factors:

  • Screw Length: Ensure the screw penetrates the framing by at least 10mm for metal studs and 25mm for timber studs.
  • Thread Type: Use fine thread screws for metal studs and coarse thread screws for timber studs.
  • Head Style: Choose between bugle head for standard applications and wafer head for metal-to-metal fixing.

Installation Best Practices

To achieve optimal results with SiteFix drywall screws:

  1. Use the correct screw type for your specific application.
  2. Ensure screws are driven perpendicular to the drywall surface.
  3. Countersink screw heads slightly below the drywall surface without breaking the paper facing.
  4. Maintain consistent screw depth throughout the installation for a smooth finish.
