Waterproofing Systems (GCP)
Waterproofing is an integral part in protecting structures water ingress.
GCP waterproofing products come in many forms of sheet membranes which are used to protect structures from water ingress. The range consists of Pre- applied, post- applied, cavity forming membranes and all the ancillaries to go with these systems including protection boards, sealing tapes, detailing accessories and primers when required.
Primers and Accessories
Special formulated one part primers are used for sealing concrete and masonry surfaces to promote the adhesion of the Bituthene Membranes. Ancilliary products for use with waterproofing membranes are Bituthene protection boards, tapes vertical and horizontal drainage sheets.
Membranes
Post applied membranes consist of Bituthene Membranes, Bituthene GP, 4000 and 8000 are suitable for applications to damp proof surfaces and green concrete.
Waterproofing Membranes
Pre-applied external waterproof membranes are used in basements and substructures. Preprufe 300r and 160r are used below slabs and on reinforced concrete basement walls.
Liquid Membrane
Bituthene Liquid Membrane is a two component elastomeric cold applied liquid detailing compound. Used with GCP waterproofing membranes where it is necessary to ensure watertight continuity such as pile terminations, pipe penetrations, internal corners and continuity through masonry walls.
Waterstops & Waterplugs
Adcor self adhesive hydrophilic strip, PVC Internal and External profiles/ External expansion, construction, centrebulb along with a range of jointing pieces to suit and ancillary products to joint and weld the waterstop.
